Free campaign engine - yartzevo defiant

his has been on the table for many months while I play tested a series of campaign games for the Tigers at Minsk rules.

I think the campaign engine is ready now and is available as a free download. Though hex based, It could be used with minor changes to other systems and some boardgames (swap out the terrain generator for specific maps / boards)
