waterloo revamp hexon boards

Post by chopperboydan »

Taking Pauls advice I'll post some pics here now I've introduced myself

heres a few shots of a long time work in progress, the 6ft x 16ft waterloo battlefield, I need a bigger space as didn't have enough room for the whole thing!

the figures are Adlers chunky 6mm napoleonics

Started this years ago but now adding the slope sections, roads and streams and basing the buildings on the forest template bases along with crop fields etc.

almost finished it now will be working on the Zulu war battlefields next, with Isandlwana first up

cheers Dan

:D It's looking fantastic, like the water chopperboydan, it works really well in the shades of brown next to the green of the grass.

Heres a few shots of hougomont farm, Based on 4 tiles and some more crop fields, this time with the doormat wheat field hex which can be removed when troops enter the Hex, sprayed pale green as the crops were not ripe at the time of the battle
