I have gone for a 'bright is right' colour scheme for these guys. Painting on strips for ease and speed.
I started with the infantry and followed up with the cavalry, command and artillery.
Painting and basing a medieval Korean army
Re: Painting and basing a medieval Korean army
Very nice. I glue down with copydex, which is strong enough to hold the base while painting, but easy to get the figures off afterwards because the glue sets to a sort of soft latex.
Re: Painting and basing a medieval Korean army
I'll have to give the copydex method a go. When using superglue to fix the bases to the wooden holding strips I use a very tiny amount, so tiny infact that occasionally the miniatures drop-off under the pressure of my paint brush!
