HAMMERHEAD LORD OF THE RINGS GAME

Hi Dan
Great photos and miniatures, should be a quite an eye catcher at Hammerhead. I particularly like the red guys. Having painted hundreds of Otterman Spears in white, grey, ocre etc. it was really great to see these guys in a menacing red colour. The elephants should cause a few problems to the Riders of Rohan. What's their Hordes & Heroes hand-to-hand combat value - 30 perhaps?

Cheers Paul, yes I need to make up some combat values and stats for the various troops involved. I won't be using magic so no spells needed, going to take a break from painting the figs and do a bit of work on the board and scenery next. There's not long to go until the show I'm going to be a busy boy!

Here are a few shots of the 12ft x 6ft board as it slowly comes together lots to do yet, the Ramas wall needs working on! if it's anything like the roadwork's near me it will never be completed on time.

After pulling two 14 hour painting shifts on the bounce this weekend I'm back on target to complete the lead mountain for Hammerhead show on the 4th March!

x4 units of Easterling light cavalry,x4 heavy Easterling cavalry units, x4 units of Light Variag cavalry, x4 units of Heavy Variag cavalry, X4 Uruk spearmen units, X3 Swan Knights of Gondor units, x 3 units of Half Orc archers!!!!!!!
