On the Hordes and Heroes army lists, do the minimum and maximum percentages reflect percentages of units? Bases? Points costs?

Thanks for your response. Both lists (all the HaH lists I've made up now, actually) are derived from the lists from another ancients game whose initials are FoG. Both lists were done in haste and with simplicity in mind. As a result I lumped troop types with similar traits together. Note the "A...

I like it. Interesting take on handling pila from the Legions. I had thought of just adding additional Impact points to account for throwing pila, but this would work too.

Thank you for that. As another follow-up, if an outnumbered unit wins the combat and scores, say, two stands of losses on the enemy, would each enemy unit lose two stands, or would the losses be divided amongst them?
