More sloping hexes?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build a modular river using a mix of the single height hex slopes and the unflocked template sets, but I'm getting stuck with corners. I'm finding that what I need is a hex that slopes to a single low point rather than an edge, and conversely a hex that slopes up to a single high point.

Is anything like this in the works for future sales or does anyone have any suggestions how to custom make these?

Cheers

Matt

I wonder whether for this, you would simply be better making your own bespoke tile, perhaps from one of the blank polystyrene hex tiles that GHQ used to make and Magister Millitum still had in their catalogue up to a year ago ..... though you would need to make sure that the depth of the poly blank matched your Kallistra stuff (1 or 2 level slopes).

have you seen the suggestion on the Kallistra site of making river modules by turning normal Kallistra hex tile upside down and building up the 'innards' so that you slope back up to the normal level of a basic Kallistra board, while having a river bed that is essentially sitting at a lower level than the test of the table. I think that would be my first option of doing the job.

Aye, I had seen the Kallistra suggestion but I'm not convinced the river would be wide enough, as it is the river is a full hex wide before I start using sloping hexes. I have also seen the GHQ foam hexes but I believe they don't ship to the UK. Thanks for the help though :)
