Hi folks,
I'm getting into Napoleonic naval warfare and would like to put together some coastal batteries. I have some single hexes which I painted white and thinking about putting some model cannons on - I'm not that worried about scale. I'm probably going to use 1:1000 scale ships.
Do you think the best option for me is to buy ACW cannons and use the napoleonic 12 pounder gun? What size bases would I need for these? I am not an expert on gun barrels - is there a way to tell which is which?
Hope to hear from some of you soon and best wishes,
Graham

Hi Graham
what you need for coastal battery's you would probably be better off doing towers and small forts than cannons. If you want to use cannon I would 6 our 2 mm Napoleonic guns

Hi Dane,
