This rule is kind of buried in amongst another rule for moving backwards.
Can anyone do an about face at any time? Costing 1 hex?
Are they compelled to turn a second time?
In the Other things that move backwards section it says they can do an about face then move backwards then face the enemy by doing another About Face.
Do they have to face the enemy? I am assuming this only for units attempting to break off from H-to-H combat. Which seems rare.

Any unit (which is not currently disrupted), can move 1 hex in any direction and at the same time change formation and face any direction.
