Re: WW1 Workbench
The Belgian limbers will follow release of the French because they are so similar that that conversions rather than new sculpts will work well. We will look at the possibilities for Belgian cavalry when we have worked our way through the above list. Lots of new moulds to be made!

Re: WW1 Photos and Rules
James and I revisited the wargame table to check out the effect of long range rifle fire on troops advancing in the open - despite the look on our faces it worked quite well with this time the French on the recieving end! We didn't bother to take the white boards down - didn't want to upset Sally

Re: WW1 French - 1914 Uniform
With our painted Marne game armies gathering in number, I recon the French uniforms. look the most striking, even if they were easily spotted by the Germans.

Re: what height of trees work best for 12mm ?
Hi In a response to your tree question I've been measuring the various heights of the trees in my collection and can report that; the majority are 38mm or 50mm K&M trees, with connifers slightly taller which work really well with 12mm figures. In my humble opinion a mixture of different sizes lo...

Re: early dark ages.. come on guys.....
We have been asked to produce single figure packs of our dark age ranges by a good number of customers. I'm sure that a certain dark age rule set is behind this! As a reponse we will be making our Romano British, Saxon, Viking and Norman infantry packs avilable as single figures very shortly. This m...

Re: WW1 Photos and Rules
Sure would welcome vital feedback once the first draft is available. The WW1 game mechanics were developed for a big Cambrai game some years back. The same chap who wrote this set is helping develop and write a more comprehensive updated version.

Re: ACW or other Horse and Musket rules?
Hi,
Our group is currently working on AWI, ACW and Napoleonic hex based rules for use with hexon terrain. We aim to make them available when we've sorted out all the details - much play testing has already been done - I will keep folks informed as we progress!

Re: YouTube video - WW1
Hi, The buildings are mostly N scale or 15mm which fit in really well with the12mm WW1. They have been collected mostly from bring and buy stalls at various shows over the past 10 years or so. I have 're-modelled' a lot of them to create the wrecked buildings that you see in the video. They were ver...

Re: Infantry flee/ pursuit movement query
All troop types must follow up after combat- is this also true for better A or B class infantry? In a recent game I played with Saxons fighting a Romano British army, I formed an impenetrable (or so I thought!) shieldwall of advancing mighty Huscarls (A class troops). However, in one round only 1 u...
