Re: Napoleonic: Russian v French
Thanks for the battle report, Paul. Very nice looking table and figures. Do you use a modified version of the H+H rules for your Nap games?

Re: H&H Fantasy rules
Hi Paul,
That's great, thanks for the reply. I'll keep an eye out for the new rules becoming available. I've got a downloaded copy of the old version meantime.
Cheers,
K.

H&H Fantasy rules
Hi guys,
I noticed that the H&H fantasy rules are currently being updated, but was just wondering when they might be ready. Will the revised rules be available to buy as a printed version? Thanks

Re: Ancients?
Just wanted to add my own voice in support of the idea of a set of H&H rules for Ancients (some Kallistra Ancients minis would be nice too!). I'm a big fan of Commands & Colors: Ancients, and plan on using my Hexon terrain to convert it to miniatures play, but I really like the H&H fanta...

Re: Making cheap hex scenics
Hi Norm,
Great post. Thanks for sharing. I especially like your marsh and field tiles. Has definitely inspired me to have a go. I need to start building up some hex terrain pieces to go with my Hexon boards, so this will be great reference

Re: Barbarians
Thanks Paul. The Noch 50210 sounds well worth me trying. I'll add a bag of it to my next order and see what I think. Thanks for the tip!

Re: A bit of fantasy to start with.
That's great, thanks for the tip. I think that's what I'll do as well: black undercoat followed by white drybrush followed by inks and more drybrush. For the zombies I think I'll try the same, but use coloured inks and / or glazes to add a bit of muted colour and putrid flesh etc. For years I was th...

Re: A bit of fantasy to start with.
Aye, no problem Mark, I'll certainly post up the pics of mine as I get through them. I'm just trying to decide at the moment which unit to tackle first. Can I ask...did you use white or black for an undercoat for your undead? I'd normally use black for mine, but for the undead (or the skeletons at l...

Re: Barbarians
Thanks Paul! It was hard to know just how much to balance the colour brightness vs subtlety, but I'm glad you think it's turned out well. I only wish I'd had the foresight to keep my basing a bit more consistent. Every unit ended up being done with a slightly different flock - just whatever was to h...
